Hey @Nat8 sounds really hard (I saw your post to @Mona-RO in the other thread) I wanted to encourage you to take a look over here. Or better yet do you think you could jump on a chat with one of the helplines? Kids Helpline chat [click here] can help you get your breath back a bit with a grounding exercise etc Or there may be something in this thread that gets you back on track such as the above coping strategies.

For sure there's a vast range of helplines and organisations though, they certainly aren't all the same. It's important to remember too RO is not a counselling/crisis support service we can give you a bit of peer support however This thread is a wealth of knowledge I hope it helps @Nat8
