I recognised i was tired today and cancelled a coffee date to give my body time to rest. It was pretty hard for me to do but i'm proud that I did because i really need to learn to put my health and wellbeing first.
The second thing hasn't been done yet but - i'm going to see star wars!!!!

1. Ticked a few things off my to do list (doesn't seem like a straightforward "for me" thing, but it helps when I'm feeling meh to do at least one productive thing)
