Okay here's some things to do! Sorry i took so long !
Paint how you are feeling, even if it's a bit tough to paint.
Paint something beautiful, if you'd prefer to do that.
Write a 200 word essay on how we could do better at supporting people living with mental illness or psychosocial disability to enter the workforce.
Do 20 posts in a row in the count to 1million thread.
lie down on the floor and listen to Handel (the composer).

@redhead that painting is epic.. Visually exemplifying your inner struggles. How are you feeling about body image right now?
@roseisnotaplant Write a short piece (maybe 200 words) on what's worrying you lately (or a story if you like ), but for every one NEGATIVE follow up with one POSITIVE and or/ GRATITUDE. Example -
"I had a crap day at work my boss was horrible, though as I reflect it's good I have an income as it provides food and coffee etc.."

Okay first up, you know you folks can and should give each-other distraction challenges too, right?
@redhead I will give you a challenge, but I do also want to hear over on your ED thread about what you're doing to work through this stuff. Even if all you can handle right now is teeeenny tiny steps, i want to encourage you to take them!
Here's the challenge:
Here;s two to focus on when you're out of hospital...but maybe you could start on it now?
Let me know if those are too complicated though. It's quite a challenge.
In the mean time here's a challenge for in hospital: make something amazing out of paper. <--- that's one technique you could try, although I think you're pretty dang creative, so you have to decide what you can make with what you have around you
I shall give you an extra challenge too
If you don't mind getting your hands dirty, then i want you to make a Dorodango
Or you can try one of Redhead's challenges if you're not feeling that one.
