Hey @redhead this one's for you!
What's been going on for you? Feel free to talk about it (or anything else) here and we'll all help you out as much as we can.

I don't know what to talk about. I'm a mess, always have been, always will be it seems. I can't cope like normal people.
I get way too suicidal too easily. And it's not just thoughts, i act on it.
My ED is pretty bad, to the point where last week i was nearly admitted to a medical ward. But I'm fat so it doesn't matter.
Because of the severity of my self harm i live with chronic pain, but that doesn't stop me.
My gender doesn't make sense.
I'm stupid, I'm gonna fail uni.
I'm just an attention seeker.

Do you think you could reach out to your case manager and let them know whats going on inside?
What has helped in the past to disrupt these cyclical negative thinking patterns?

Hmm, could we think about a variation of TIP/ Could you go for a walk and perhaps do something like try and take an arty photo every 100 steps?
What about getting some tea at a nice cafe?
Let me know if i'm loading you up with too much stuff RN

Hey @redhead sounds like you're having a time.
Let's look at this another way though.
You made it through your class and all the way home, even though you felt terrible! That's pretty good! Not only that, but you spoke to a crisis team. Look at you go! You're not as out of control and it might seem.
Let's think of some other things that you can control, apart from self harm. I used to like rearranging my room or decorating, as a positive and nice way of exercising control and not SH. Is there anything else you can think of?
