From my personal experience, I used to doubt myself quite a bit, so having lack of confidence doesn't help and then started to over think quickly. Do you easily overthink your situation to be worse than it is? What inspires you to keep going at the thing you're alright at?

Hey @j95, how are you doing today?
You've changed heaps of other things for the better and I know you can work on these things too. I think it's a gift that you're able to feel things so intensely, even if it might not feel like it sometimes. I also feel things really strongly and sometimes consider myself a sook, but I try to remind myself that it's okay to feel any emotion that I do and to express it. The same is true for you.
