i showed her my SH scars none need stritches or anything, just have to keep them covered until healed abit more
i told her about my suicidal thoughts and she reminded me to call up and ask to speak to her if i need to or ring my counsellor or one of the helplines
keep at the garden she thought that was a great idea to work towards and keep up the study work and if i need to she will give me a medical certificate for extensions if i need to.
she has increased my medications from 90/115 per day to 120/140 miniumum per day
she said make sure im doing self care activities even just half an hour per day
im only scraping the tip of the iceberg for the moment so this is the 'easy' part for the moment

how long did it take for you to see some progress with your sessions?
i feel like crap everytime i come out of there and today was made worse becasue she embarrassed me- unintentionally but now i feel really awkward around her and that was pretty much most of the session.
maybe i should just get over it and quit
