This thread is inspired by @j95 who amazingly sometimes takes himself skateboarding/bike riding when he feels super dark and a bit distressed. What are other people's tactics for pulling themselves out of the dark when upset?
My favourite is to go for a drive to some water

@Bree-RO It all really depends on the day or how I am feeling but I like to listening to loud music or lately I like putting on an Xbox game that doesn't require much thought and just smash around a bit. I haven't been able to do this lately but a good exercise session makes me feel a lot better too.

Feeling really un-creative compared to you guys I like watching a tv show that requires minimal brain power so I can kind of "switch off"
