I know self-harm urges are a pretty big challenge for you, so lets see if we can help you through this
Are you feeling overwhelmed and stressed?
Or are the urges coming from somewhere else?

Uni sure can be pretty stressful, as can life! Can we all talk through how to manage that distress? Or right now do you need to do things while you wait for the urge to pass?

ATM I'm trying to go for a walk but I'm pretty sure of where it will end up tho
I also tried my case manager who won't be able to get back to me today

@redhead A walk is a pretty awesome start, do you have any other alternatives to SH? I don't know if you saw the chat I was having with another member about stretching as a form of "safe" SH as weird as it sounds. Anything that works for you that's sorta similar?

I ended up self harming pretty badly and had to get medical attention.
I'm on my way home from hospital but I don't know how I'm going to get through the rest of the night tbh.

@redhead I am sorry to hear, well done on getting to ED. Also did a small edit due to graphic stuff, but I understand that's probably not the forefront of your mind right now. Do you think you would be keen to do something restful tonight?
What about starting a star wars thread on ro? I have a TONNE to learn about it.
Or watching some low key television?
