sure @AlexandriaD id love to see what your working on.
you said you find it hard and awkward to see people face to face. that is true for many of us on here, so your not alone ok.
have you told any of your family members more specifically parents whats been going on for you or even a trusted teacher?

What do you do whenever you feel like your world's crashing down. Do yuo have strategies? Or like little things you do that stop a situation from making you scared or angry?

what about another family member, as your 14 a parent has to be present with you at a gp but not psych sessions. so i really encourage you to do so. at least just talk to them. or maybe you could talk to a trusted teacher and they could have a chat to your parents as its different coming from other people esp if its a grown up. parents tend to understand or listen more @AlexandriaD

yeah there are heaps of strategies that you could use. not all of these work for me but every one is different so what might not work for me might work for you so ill be ahppy to give you some strategies that might help you if you like? @AlexandriaD
