Loosing someone that means so much to you

Hi guys sorry I haven't posted in a while,
Some of you may know from my previous posts that my older brother had been diagnosed with a terminal illness towards the bed of last year. Sadly 5 weeks ago my brother lost his battle to this horrible disease..

I have my good days and I have my bad days and tonight I feel like I'm drowning all these memories keep coming back of when we were little or the conversations we shared. Loosing my brother is the hardest thing I have ever had to deal with!!

I feel so lost

Hey @Talitha93 glad to see you back on the forums Smiley Happy

I'm so sorry to hear about your brother I can't imagine how devastating that must have been for you. Have you spoken to a psychologist or counsellor about this? Remember you can always call Griefline or Lifeline.

How are you feeling today?

@Talitha93 do you think speaking to a professional would be helpful for you?

Is there anything in the past that has helped you get through the bad days?

Just want to say that I'm thinking about you and I hope you're doing okay @Talitha93, whatever 'okay' is or can be for you at the moment.

It's completely okay to be feeling all of the things you're feeling. There is no right or wrong way or timeline for grieving.
