@Bree-RO I'm not really able to help at all. Running is the last thing I should be doing at the moment even though I want to.
If I stop distracting myself I feel worse. I don't ever deal with what I'm feeling, I just distract myself from it.

Happy Birthday for the other day @FootyFan26. Distraction techniques can be great in the moment to help us to feel a bit better, what are some of the techniques you use?

Thanks @SmileMonkey. I just try to keep myself busy and doing or watching stuff. I don't really consider music a distraction. I just find that I can do all the distraction in the world but I'm not dealing with the problem so if I stop getting distracted from it or something comes up that reminds me of it again. I doesn't really seem like something I can solve though.
