@scared01 glad to hear you are safe, that's really important. From your other posts it seems like you've been trying some strategies and you're on the right track with that. When experiencing flashbacks, grounding strategies are the best way to come out of that loop.
Unfortunately, going into the details of flashbacks won't be helpful and they could be triggering. So I would strongly suggest continue doing grounding strategies. If you feel like you need help with them, then please call SCBS, Lifeline or KHL to talk to someone in real time as they help you with grounding techniques. You sound very distressed and talking to a trained counselor over the phone would be helpful for this. Unless of course you want to try more grounding strategies on your own first.
Hang in there please. It's extremely hard to cope with flashbacks and you deserve to get the right kind of support to help you with this.

it making me feel extremely sick and i cant stop shaking
ive tried the gronding exercise with the 5 senses twice alread and also deep breathing mediation thing but it jus t brang it up more
