Letting the negative self talk go
Yesterday I wrote a post saying how I struggle with saying a lot of negative things to myself and I got a lot of helpful suggestions.
Sometimes challenging my inner bully can be almost impossible, especially in the moment when i'm angry or upset at myself. But there is alternative, recognising that the inner bully is there and giving myself space to recognise it, accept and let it pass.

@Ben-RO suggested that I make a thread so that a few us can work on this together, I know that I find doing things with other people a lot easier.
Hopefully some of you want to work on this too and we'll use this thread to talk about how we're all going with it and post some updates!
@Ben-RO it's still pretty difficult. Today I settled on a kinda-shallow-and-faster-than-normal one just so I wouldn't keep having to consciously change it. The only time it's not difficult is if I'm not focusing on it, or if I'm falling asleep during the thing (which is another way to not focus on it!).
Of course @Creativegirl12! And if I'm ever not here, you are all welcome to do run this yourselves 🙂 I'm just here to help!

I felt it was pretty good, but that's about as long as my normal meditations, so I'm pretty used to it. I got distracted by a LOT of stuff, we were running a workshop today so i wasn't the last one here for a change. So halfway through a bunch of my colleagues came and annoyed me 😛
That felt like it went for ever 😛 I had to have a break halfway through cause my shoulder was really sore, and physically I don't feel relaxed at all cause I'm so stiff from my desk at work. Mentally feeling a bit more chill now.
What'd you guys find yourselves thinking about? (I thought about food, as always lol )
The ones I don't like are the 1 minute ones 😛 Those stress me out cause it's like "OMG I HAVE ONLY 60 SECONDS TO RELAX" haha 😛
Hahah oh right, well now you're doing a 15 minute one, muahaha. Might be a challenge, but i think it's worth having a go!
Nearly fell asleep, and that definitely didn't feel like 15 minutes! What did everyone else think?
