Community Challenge - 50 Things

Welcome everyone to our Community Challenge Smiley Happy
 
We will be running this CC for the whole week and in that week we will all work together to find 50 destressing and relaxing tips. We all have moments in our lives where we just get so overwhelmed and just need to stop and relax whether you are stressed out over exams, school assignments, work or even our social lives. These tips that we come up with together will be made into a factsheet for all of us to look back to for ideas.
 
Facilitating the CC is  @mischiefmanaged  and myself and we are hoping to have an awesome week 
 
So to get it all started:

Afternoon everyone Smiley Happy hope some of you are practising some relaxing techniques today

7. Talk to a friend
8. Have a warm bath.

9. Watch a TV show/movie or 2 (the funnier the better)

10. Dance like no-one is watching
