Re: Community Challenge - 50 Things
1. Sleep
2. Exercise
3. Listen to music.
4. Write it down (letter, email, journal, diary, poem)
5. Colouring-in
6. Meditation and yoga
7. Talk to a friend
8. Have a warm bath.
9. Watch a TV show/movie or 2 (the funnier the better)
10. Dance like no-one is watching
11. Pull a funny face for 5 seconds
12. By yourself, sing as loud as you can along to your fav song of the moment with the music turned UP!
13. Take photographs
14. Play with a kitty cat, or pet
15. Go for a stroll outside.
16. Keep your hands busy (sewing, woodwork, cards, etc)
17. Shopping therapy - treat yourself
18. Do something nice for someone else
19. Read a good book
20. Watching funny Vine and Youtube videos
21. Bake your favourite type of cake
22. Make a daisy chain
23. Have a cup of tea
24. Know someone with a punching bag& gloves? Headover there & pow pow pow! (You local gym might have one too!)
25. Take yourself on a picnic
26. Do some stretches
27. Massage your feet
28. Dump toxic people
29. Do some kickboxing/ cardio
30. Come onto the Reachout Forums
31. Make a Postsecret and send it in!
32. Have a facial
33. Tidy your room (okay, so this mightn't sound fun but I find it soothing and having a tidy room rocks!)
34. Sort through your clothing and find some to donate to charity
35. Paint your nails!
36. Use some relaxation techniques like progressive muscle relaxation.
37. Write a gratitude list.
38. Sit on the grass and be mindful of all the sounds around you.
39. Singing in the shower
40. Blogging
41. Have a few drinks with friends
42. Ride a motorcycle
43. Notice the clouds
44. Stroking something soft like grass or animal fur
