Hey @rudeandginger, sorry to hear that this is causing you to feel scared. Are you feeling safe right now? How have you handled a situation like this before? It could be time for some self-care which will depend on what you like to do but can include things like colouring, listening to music, meditation and even sleep. Alternatively, you can always chat to Kids Helpline if it might feel easier to be verbal instead

I want to say thank you for your suggestions, I was safe at the time.
I took your advice, and spent the rest of the night working on an art project until bedtime.
When it was time to sleep, I did a ten minute meditation via the Headspace app.
