@roseisnotaplant Has anything changed in the last week and a bit? I know that RO isn't the place for talking about specifics on medication or making recommendations on things, but I want to ask whether the doctor who prescribed melatonin for you is aware that your trouble is with staying asleep rather than getting to sleep, because I know that it's used for both but what's prescribed of it is often different for the two.

Also, I was wondering if there's anything that you think could be making you wake up? I know for me it often happens when I'm worried/distressed about something, having nightmares, or some bodily need (dehydrated, too hot, need to go to the bathroom etc.).
Completely normal if it's not that and it's just happening randomly, but wanted to check quickly to rule it out.

It's been a bit better over the last few days @Birdeye. I do think it's probably that I'm just like subconsciously thinking about stuff that might be stressing me out? I'm not really sure.
