Burnouts suck, I went through one a few months ago and it took me a while to notice what was happening. My warning signs were:

1. difficulty getting out of bed in the morning or finding motivation

2. constantly tired or irritable

3. minor panic attacks. 


I took some major self care steps to try and stop feeling so awful (quit my job) and it did help but its important to take note of when you start to feel bad and recognise the signs.
