Generally If I am stressed, anxious or upset ect. I usually just lock myself in my room and listen to music and cry, have a shower and go to bed But if it is in the morning/during the day I go for a walk or go spend time with my horses. I don't really know what else I can do?
@cordial99 That's amazing that you have horses! How long have you ridden for?
Sometimes it is hard with tears, it's so humanly natural and our body's want us to do it. I have found sometimes in life I will cry regularly for months or even years at a time, and then in other stages of life not at all. Do you think this is something that will pass as well or am I off track?
