When I'm at that stage, I usually either play games or listen to music. I know how that people around you can think of the worst of you, trying to be confident in yourself is as a person is also hard but you just put on your best face and try to leave the worries of what people will think behind.

Another trick I use to calm myself down and to bring myself back into reality is to name 10 things I can see, 7 things I can hear, 5 things I can touch 3 things I can smell and 1 thing I can taste. It helps me center myself and helps me stay stable almost

I've heard and used that myself, and it's quite helpful. @Tabs

@Jeplar It is. Sometimes I mix it up and name 10 things I can touch and 3 things I can hear. All depends on how I'm feeling. It's such a good method to keep you getting more anxious and worked up.
