So I’m in high school and there are a million of people, I have a few friends groups that I go to , but sometimes I wonder what different people think of me. Let me give you an example there is a girl who in one of the friends group when I looked at her , she looked back at me , I don’t know what she thinks of me. I’m a introvert anyway
Im an introvert too!
Do you like this girl? You could try asking her if she wants to hang out sometime if you think you two would connect?
Try not to focus to much on what others think you. We will never know what others think of us and to be honest it doesn't really matter what people think of us. Try and focus your energies in being the best person you can be and the rest all falls into place
I can definitely relate to that.
Do you think there are some small steps you feel comfortable taking?
Like first starting off by smiling or saying hi and then progressing from there?
I just wanted to say, I am a senior gymnast and missed nearly 2 months of training and.. I’ve recently just gone back. It hasn’t been as bad as I thought! For me it was just mental blocks getting back in the gym and performing my skills again. I still have the ability to do things I could before so you just gotta be confident! And if you find that you’re falling behind is it possible for you to have some one on one training? Or pop in some extra hours until you’re back where you were?
