Homework/Projects
Recently I've discovered that its been harder to "get things done and out of the way." I would think all day about how i would work for 2 hours and complete all my tasks and feel accomplished, but when i came home and had to work on it, it became impossible.
The tasks aren't that challenging, and I'm not sure if i was bored, or unmotivated, in the wrong environment or tired, but i just struggled to do it. I would complete homework when it was due tomorrow and stay up late into the night just to get it half done. Doing it at school is fine, but homework is something I'm struggling with.

Re: Homework/Projects
Welcome to the forums @Nukiesta! It's great to have you here! 😊
I feel the same way with homework! It definitely isn't a good feeling. I feel when I think about homework all day, I'm already mentally exhausting myself and find it hard to concentrate when I actually sit down and do it. It's very frustrating! Is there anything you could do to get your mind off homework before you need to sit down and do it?
I think one way around this could be to give yourself some clear work times, allowing times for breaks. You could work in bursts, working as hard as you can for 15 minutes before taking a 5 minute break, and repeat until it's done. That way you're both working and giving yourself much needed breaks. Another strategy you could do is to create a 'to-do' list to check off once you complete a task. You could even break up one task into a number of points and tick them off as you go along. This really helps to visualise successes!
Since you mentioned you have no problem doing your school work at school, is there anyway you could try to recreate the school environment when you're doing homework? You could try sitting at a desk, going to the library or working on homework with a friend. Working at home rather than school provides a lot of distractions, so it can be hard to stay focused at times!
