You can also download the Smiling Mind app on your phone if that suits you

Welcome to the ReachOut community @manifest! My two favourite apps for meditation and mindfulness techniques are the Calm app and the Headspace app! Both provide guided meditation tracks that you can listen to and I find them really helpful. The Calm app also has sleep stories which are great if you struggle with falling asleep or even if you just want to relax your mind before you fall asleep 😊
