KimberlyMetcal, I understand you very well... A year ago, I had the same difficult period in my life when I didn't understand why I was living. A psychologist helped me. Many people underestimate its importance in such problems, but in fact, it is the psychologist who helps most people get out of depression. I also started to lead a healthy lifestyle thanks to I gave up smoking and alcohol and started doing yoga. Perhaps my advice will not seem new to you, but most often a psychologist and a healthy lifestyle help you get out of depression best. It's going to be difficult, but I'm sure you can do it.
