I'm a mindless worrier. 

 

I when for a hike few days ago in the city and feel less tense. 

 

I need to get out more in short.

Hey @BunnyWalks it's really amazing that you've started noticing the types of things that help you to feel less tense! I find exercise really helps me with this too Smiley Happy Did you end up going for a run?
