Positive self talk
The way I talk about myself is something I need to work on, I can often be quite critical and can be pretty horrible towards myself!
I was thinking that I should start something where I document a positive about myself each day and it would be great if others could join in too.
My first one:
I have a lot of practical knowledge and use my experiences to help others and show them I care.
