Re: Three positives of today

1. Bought a tray of 2 Lilydale mini chicken roasts with thyme and some mushy stuff inside - only took 45 minutes to roast up and they were yummy!!

2. Organised all my paperwork and commitments for the coming week. Feels good to declutter the ole desk space!

3. Went for a bike ride with my little friend, only a little bit of muscle burn in the quads on the hills - maybe getting a bit fitter now?!?

Re: Three positives of today

@harley_ yes, I don't find shelf-fill or dates boring tho Smiley Happy

My positives for Today
1, Slept in
2, Text my clinician asking to see her earlier than our arranged time, was able to share some things via text this morning
3, managed most of the day without moving my wrist too much = less pain! Win!
4, Made it through my physio apt, with pain with some bits, but my physio was awesome and she backed off a bit when she saw me cringe... She taped my wrist to help reduce the swelling and keep it comfortable at night (when I'm not splinting it)

Over the weekend
1, I was able to recognize & admit when the pain was getting too much at work, and told my supervisor I couldn't take it anymore that I needed to go to ED
2, Despite the poor treatment, I wasn't waiting too long and I had't broken anything!
3. I managed to keep my wrist comfortable a fair bit of Sunday
