3. Spoke to my Mum on the phone today, for the first time in months and she seems well, it was nice talking to her (never knew I’d say that...).
For the first time maybe ever she actually seemed to be available enough to talk to me, it was kind of weird. Nice but weird. Then she told me she loved me and that I hope everything goes well for my family, I can’t fathom that, that was my mum saying that to me? That was my mother? Huh, right, I’ll take it.

1. I learnt a lot at Uni today and challenged myself which was rewarding
2. Tried some new tea and it tasted nice
3. When I was stressed I talked myself through it and felt better
