today i practiced self-care by getting my hair coloured which has been very well deserved after a very hard few months.

Today I practiced self-care by not doing any uni work. Although I have a thesis that is due soon, and feel as though I have more work than ever before to complete, it is still important to take time off to avoid burnout. Periods of stress deserve the most breaks and rewards!
