What are some foods which help boost your mood?

-fruits

-thai noodles

- dark chocolate

 

 

Do you have any simple recipes which are great for when time/motivation are running low?

Canned tuna with eggs and arugula

I think oats is way healthy . u can also try avocado toast and muesli for healthy breakfast.

My mood booster is all time favourite is Indian Chat and chocolates.

@emilygrey Oats are great. I usually have them with some yoghurt, nuts and sometimes with protein powder

Just wanted to jump in here and say that it's ok to eat sweets, and it's important to not feel bad for eating foods you enjoy. I think something this thread has highlighted is that eating healthy is all about balance Smiley Happy
