I think oats is way healthy . u can also try avocado toast and muesli for healthy breakfast.

@emilygrey Oats are great. I usually have them with some yoghurt, nuts and sometimes with protein powder

Just wanted to jump in here and say that it's ok to eat sweets, and it's important to not feel bad for eating foods you enjoy. I think something this thread has highlighted is that eating healthy is all about balance
