@N1ghtW1ng washing is still an achievement! We all have days where things don't quite go to plan Smiley Happy

 

For today:

 

- Have breakfast (done)

- Go for walk (done)

- Have shower (done)

- Do a load of washing (in progress)

- Get script filled at chemist

- Have lunch

- Sort through my emails

- Read my book

- Go to my psych appointment

- Have dinner

- Bed

Things i hope to do today

 

  • exercise (done)
  • Meditate (oops forgot)
  • Do some coding lessons (done)
  • Check up on what happened with everybody over the weekend (in progress)
  • Go to the community interagency meeting (about to!)
  • FInd an alternative to Titan Pad before i leave (eeeeeeepp not done!)
  • Have a healthy meal tonight
  • Run GR and Cybermate at the same time
  • Get to bed before midnight
  • Have some cool dreams

Things I have to do today before I leave uni:
1. Sort out textbooks!!!!

Now just things I have to do:
2. Vacuum my room/s
3. Eat a proper dinner (this can be leftovers)
4. Somehow get an empty/semi empty five-subject book.
5. Revise weeks 1 and 2 of today's classes.
6. Revise week 1 of tomorrow's classes
7. Hang up clothes worn today (do not throw them on the floor or bed)
8. Prepare uni bag for tomorrow
9. Make sure laptop is charging or fully charged
10. Set alarm just in case
11. Join in on the GR (@Ben-RO the second half Smiley Wink)

And that should be all I need to do today.

Today I'm not giving myself too many expectations...

1. Get out of bed (done)
2. Get dressed
3. Do something that might help me feel ok like walk or swim

Alright, let's completely ignore my list for today and move it to tomorrow (except for the GR, because that's Mondays) and am going to add a new thing for tonight.

1. Plan what I want to talk to about pysch. (maybe a thread...) oh gosh I'm getting nervous

@j95 the amount of days where I wore the shirt and pants that I slept in is a high number. And then I would spend the entire day (including going out) in the pants.
If you can go out in them, then you're dressed Smiley Happy
