Banana muffins
ingredients:
- 4 bananas
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoon butter melted
- 1 egg beaten
- 2 cup self raising flour (or normal flour and add 2 teaspoons of baking powder so it can rise)
- 2 tablespoon of milk
- 1 pinch of salt
method:
1. preheat oven to 250 degrees Celsius and grease muffin tray with oil spray.
2. in a bowl mash the bananas and then add eggs and whisk it together.
3. then add all the rest of the ingredients to the banana and egg mixture. whisk well
4. scoop the batter into the muffin tray about half way and bake in oven for about 15 min.
5. check with skewer if it comes out clean its done.
6. cool and enjoy!

Such a cool thread idea!
My favourite thing to make is Matcha Energy Balls!
Ingredients:
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1 scoop protein powder
- 1 teaspoon matcha powder
- 1/2 cup tahini
- 2 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Desiccated coconut (as much as you want to sprinkle over the balls)
Method:
1. Blend oats, raisins, protein powder and matcha powder in a blender or food processor.
2. Add in maple syrup, tahini and vanilla extract, and blend.
3. Divide the mixture into small sections and roll into balls.
4. Sprinkle desiccated coconut over the balls.
5. Refrigerate for 2-3 hours - this recipe makes about 15 energy balls!

If you want a comfort food for the ages I highly recommend fettuccine boscaiola! It's got mushrooms and cream and bacon and everything I love!
