Help with dealing with stuff

Hi I'm new here and I was wondering if there was anyone who could help me😔 I currently just lost my only friend's and I have no one to talk to. I've been crying all day and I'm struggling with everything😔 I just need someone to rant/vent to and to give me better coping strategies on here to sleep at night. Thank you for your time

Currently nothing is really helping... I'm overthinking a lot more then I have been and to make things worse my partner has been diagnosed with COVID and is wanting to rest but I won't stop texting her and I know it's stressing her out... they even told me that it was... any help?

Hi @Rainbow_foxy I'm sorry to hear that you're overthinking a lot more and nothing is currently working. Things sound really difficult right now, especially with your partner being diagnosed with covid. So I was just wondering if you have found a good distraction in the past? Music helped in the past but ive overused my favourite songs and they are all boring to me now😅
