1. Literally say hi to them
2. Sit next to them and introduce yourself if you don’t know them.
3. Send them a text messages or call them
4. If you bump into them just say hi and start a conversation about how they are going
5. It may be hard but if you are at a party and you don’t know a lot of people, a good way is to just go say hi and introduce yourself
