I've recently moved to a different room in my house, and a lot of it is really refreshing for me! With barely going out of the house these days, this is a really big (and welcome) change of scenery for me, especially since it's within my control. It's getting me to do lots of little therapeutic things as well, like making my bed and decorating my room, and organising my things. Maybe I'll start doing those little things more often

I recommend playing colour by number games, very relaxing can be started and stopped at your leisure. Special shout out to Happy Colour my favourite app for this

Inspiring videos are a great idea @A_Friend. There are some brilliant documentaries as well that have inspiration at the core through netflix
One coping strategy I have been using is making photobooks of family, friends and important moments to help me celebrate the people in my life. It's been helping to keep me busy, but also something I can look back on when I have a bad day

My coping mechanisms/ distractions;
Go to the gym.
Eat something delicious.
Hang out with friends.
Watch funny videos.
Set short term goals.
Have a date night.
Listen to music.
Watch youtube videos on makeup and skincare.
Watch documentaries.

Creating ambience in your room! Buy fairy lights, lava lamps, or candles so that at night you can look forward to your room being glowy/twinkly!
