Hey @redhead it's really unfortunate the nurse wasn't professional in their behaviour. I know it's really hard but it's safer for you to be there than at home for now. Your safety is the top priority, always.

I'm paranoid and scared. I feel like shit. I'm also having a severe reaction to my depo and they don't give a shit.

That's really hard @redhead. I'm sorry you're feeling paranoid and scared. That's understandable though, given just how much you've been through emotionally so recently. That's a lot to unpack and process. In that sense, it's really good you are where you will be kept safe.
Is there anything you can do while you're there? Do they have a TV or are you allowed to doodle or scribble on paper? Also, what about food - have you eaten anything?

The next few appointments with the psychiatrist are going to be challenging but is there anything you can do to enact self-care in the meantime? Taking care of yourself is so important, especially during this time.
