@ApplesRoses Well done for working up the courage to talk to someone! I'm glad that eheadspace was helpful. I think it's great that you've been trying the self-help methods that they showed you. Don't be afraid to give them feedback on whether they are helping you or not. You can also email them if you find it easier to write things down or need to work out what to tell them.
