Re: In-person group sessions?
Hey @blueskies5
This is a great question! It sort of depends on what kind of support you're looking for. Some places that could be worth trying include:
- Local Youth Centres
- Your Local Health District/Community Health Centre
- headspace centres near you
- University groups is another option - and some are open to people who aren't students, if you aren't a student.
- Meetup as @hunginc suggested can also be a great place to start!
If you're looking for a specific therapy-based group, talking to your GP might be a good place to start
Also just letting you know I edited your post to align with our community guidelines around anonymity, I'm going to send you an email as well to look out for

Re: In-person group sessions?
Hi @blueskies5,
I don't know where you live, but I would consider looking up mental health peer support groups in your area- a quick browser search should give you plenty of ideas. If you are thinking of group therapy, a lot of clinics offer them, once again you can look them up I'm sure
