If you haven't heard of it is basically doing an activity or something enjoyable that can take you mind of everything. For example, I usually would cuddle my puppas, listen to my self-love playlist, have something to eat, go for a walk, have a bath & use a bath bomb etc. Afterwards, I'll most likely feel refreshed, happier and overall in a better headspace. What do you think could be some things you could do for self care?
