@ruenhonx it is disgusting and what they use to aid weight loss is very bad for the digestive system.

What are some healthy behaviours you do for your body?

Sleep 7+ hours 

Exercise 3-5 times a week

Eat lots of veges and fruits everyday 

Stretch

Stop when I am in too much pain 

Rest

What are some healthy behaviours you do for your body?

 

I walk everywhere that I can and when the weather clears up, I shall walk all the way to one of my appointments because the weather is a lot friendlier for long walks. Smiley Happy I try to eat healthy and always look at the sodium content of those satchet thingys. Never add salt to my meals, and I attempt to exercise and like to practice mindfulness.

6. What are some healthy behaviours you do for your body?

 

  • Eat well (90% of the time!)
  • Exercise and stay active
  • Make sure I get at least 8 hours sleep each night
  • Make sure I'm hydrated
  • Make sure I stretch lots before exercise - so I don't get injured

Oh and I have a 2L pitcher in my room that I fill my water bottle up from with the aim to drink it all in one day.

I think it's very important to know when to stop, whether you've reached your limit or you're in pain. Not adding salt to food is also very good idea Smiley Happy

I eat a reasonably healthy and balanced diet, (with treats too!) I make sure I move my body, by going for walks, jogs, doing yoga, or cycling. And I get an epic amount of sleep each night Smiley Happy I think it's important not to push your body too much, and make sure you sometimes have days of rest if you feel like your body needs it.

 

I need to work on drinking more water though, so I don't get dehydrated so often.

I really want to try yoga - everyone I know who does it loves it!
