GR - Getting Active - October 1
We all know that getting active and maintaining our health can be a challenge at times.
Being physically active can have a positive impact on our physical and mental health
Endorphins from exercise help boost our mood and reduce anxiety
So how do we get our 10,000 steps in when we have zero motivation to exercise?
Especially when you just want to be a couch potato

what's your favourite way of being active ?
my favourite way of being active is definitely gymnastics - it's fun, active and i get to laugh with my friends. i also like going for walks on sunny days

What's your favourite way of being active?
I like doing circuit or interval training as they aren't too repetitious and I like doing them with people as I then get to compete and am more motivated to exercise.

My favourite way of being active is taking my dogs for walks! I love how happy it makes them and it makes me happy too!

I like to do yoga because it's not too intensive so I'm more likely to keep doing it in the long-term
