3. What's an unusual but fun way of getting active?
mine is pretty similar to everyone else, dancing and singing ! not really unusual but i can't think of anything else.

@scared01 exercising while watching a tv show is a great idea!
What's an unusual but fun way of getting active?
chasing my dog around the house. she likes running around, especially after a walk, so sometimes i stand in a room, out of sight, and when she's nearby, i pop out and chase her around. then i 'hide' in another room etc. she likes it so it's not scary for her or anything haha. we both get puffed out after a lot of running

@scared01 @cupcakes_032 that reminds me of chasing my little cousins around the house! It's always so tiring I don't know how they have so much energy!

I always feel amazing, happy and clear-minded. I am so productive with my uni work afterwards and am so energetic and positive for the rest of the day!!

How do you feel after doing some exercise?
I feel great. Especially because I love high intensity exercise, afterwards here are a lot of endorphins and after the 10-20 minutes if fatigue I feel great. For the next 2-3 hours I start buzzing and have so much energy and it's great.

How do you feel after doing some exercise?
I usually feel positive, my mood is elevated and I feel happy, but I also feel exhausted if I hadn't fueled my body before hand (think waking and rushing to the pool without eating - oops!)
Mostly though I feel good!
