That brings us to the end of our GR on Routines tonight! Thank you to everyone who has contributed to the discussion tonight @cupcakes_032@Libellule@gezellig@Bee@Asche@litgym@scared01@annabethxchase@rudeandginger and all of our other members reading through- it has been incredibly valuable to talk about routine! A big thank you as well to our builders and mods for their work it making this GR happen Heart

For those of you who are interested in learning more about routine and setting tasks, ReachOut has some content that you might be interested looking into:

 

There are some apps for organising your routine such as Habitbull and the Good habit maker

 

For setting goals, ReachOut has some factsheets on Setting goals like a boss 10 ways to get stuff done and 7 strategies for breaking a bad habit 

 

For Sleep routine RO has an article about getting a good sleep and an app called Recharge for supporting improved sleeping
