Goals for this week
Share your goals for the coming week here!

Last Week:
1. Finish my TAFE assessment (Due Thursday) - It's actually do THIS Thursday. Fail. Finished it anyway.
2. Smile while at work (even if customers are ... difficult) - I think I did a decent job...
3. Eat an apple a day. - Done.
4. Study nursing course work 😕 - Still doing
5. Keep my room clean for the whole week. (This is the hardest one, lol) - Lasted until Friday. Good effort.
This Week:
1. Try to control anxiety on Thursday, which is my Tafe prac test.
2. Walk the dogs everyday.
3. Stop watching Lizzie Mcguire.... some point this week. Haha
My goals for this week;
1. Write my English speech
2. Read it infront of the class on Friday! (instead of trying to get out of doing it infront of everyone)
3. Find some relaxation techniques and go for a bike ride at least twice this week
4. Find out when the funeral is on and attend (without double thinking about classes)
1. Be happy with my result tomorrow.
2. Take dog for at least one extra walk.
3. Continue the writing from weeks ago.
4. Send off those emails!!!
5. Find time for singing practice.
6. Have fun on the weekend.

Hey everyone
New week means new goals, what are your top 5 goals this week? 🙂
My goals:
1. Go to German class tomorrow & Wednesday (I have no doubt this will be the most difficult one but hoping I can get through it)
2. Go for walks at least 3 times this week
3. Organize to catch up with friends over the holidays
4. Start reading the Michael O'Loughlin biography mum bought me the other day (I'm a mad AFL/Sydney Swans supporter so it should be a good read)

What are your 3 main goals this week?
Well it's been so long since I posted my last goals that I can't remember if I did them or not, so I think it's better if I start with new ones 🙂
Goals for this week:
1. Complete my speech assignment.
2. Complete my reflection on readings.
3. Work on my two group assignments.
EDIT: And no. 4 - RELAX in amongst all that work! 😄

For me:
1. Get most of my assignments half way done
2. Have a great time at work
3. Stay away from stress activators. 🙂
1. Go through all my physics lectures and write notes
2. Do the same for my Oncology subject
3. Discuss a lot of things with my psych that make me uncomfortable but really need to do.

I am sitting an exam on Tuesday morning for which I am aiming for a Distinction... and then with Tuesday I am going to do a two year plan for my whole life. No really, I am going to at least try.
So I'm going to start a new 🙂
My goals for this week
- Finish my TAFE assessment
- Be open with my careers adviser on Wednesday
- Enjoy Thursday & possibly organise something with a friend or two
- Be optimistic and not too hard on myself if/when I get my exam results back and they aren't the best 🙂

I did all 3 apart from the last, as we haven't gotten the last couple exams back yet, still waiting on PDH and English...
So for this week
1. Write and send the email my KHL counsellor hopes to receive from me
2. Try my best to try and finish the work given as homework without freaing out too much
3. Give myself a break at some stage during the week to relax and regain some energy
4. paint the nails on my right hand to match my right
How did I go with my goals?
1. Done - currently working on writting another to her from last nights session
2. uh sort of, maybe? Not sure...
3. Uh I guess so, yes
4. NO, Instead I repainted all my nails 😄
So my goals for this comming week
1. Be calm and honest with the school counsellor tomorrow (that is if she doesn't get caught up with other things)
2. Ask my PDH teacher for help with this extended response and see if he can spend some time out of class helping me with the work... And let him know how I'm feeling with the work, - if he doesn't know he can't help
3. Get my dad to pump up my bike tyres and go for a bike ride at least every second day
4. Find some time for some relaxation techniques

1. uh not so much, I turned up though 🙂
2. not yet.. I know what to do though, just got to do it 😛
3. oo no... It's been a wekk since I tried to ride my bike with flat tyres??? gee were teh time go?

so for this week,
1. get those tyres pumped up
2. do some sort of relaxation techniue - yoga, meditation, go for a walk...
3. get my work caught up on so I don't have an on going list of work from the previous week to do

My goals, well I managed to download some guided meditations over the weekend, and that was it... oops...
SO for this week;
1. Continue using the guided meditations
2. Chase my mentor - see if she can help put some things into perspective
3. Get those tyres pumped up - then I can actually go for a bike ride 😛
4. Try to stay calm with my work.. I'll get there eventually

- get vaccinations for travel
- book car in for a service
- catch up with a friend I havent seen for a while
- skype my best friend who is currently on exchange in the UK
