I did that recently @BonnieBoo . I wrote down all the terrible things and then I just let them sit there and I was like - "well that's shit." Then i circled the ones I had control over and made a dot point plan on what i could do to fix or change them. The rest I just let be for now.

I wish I could say that I have control over my own stress and anxiety and the things causing me pain @BonnieBoo  Smiley Sad we're trying at least and that's what matters.
