Re: Happiness
Exercise! I always feel content after a good sweat session. It's fairly easy to get a hold of, but sometimes requires an internal nudge out the door.

Re: Happiness
Spending time with the people I care about, going for a run and meditating make me happy. Do I think happiness is easy to obtain? I think that depends on things like your personality and your environment.

Re: Happiness
Luckily for me I live with two and that means that usually I can leave my room and hang out with them.

Re: Happiness
I don't think you can "get a hold of happiness" - I feel like happiness is a feeling that comes and goes with the natural ups and downs of life

Re: Happiness
Like this morning I felt happy because I could hear my partner singing loudly in the shower. Lol

Re: Happiness

But overall I think it is more helpful to think of happiness as a feeling or emotion that comes and goes just as other emotions do, rather than as any sort of permanent thing or end goal because that isn't how it works unfortunately
