1. Netflix - pretty much watch on there anything from docos to comedian stand-ups to cartoons
2. Colouring in - such a tranquil activity and gets the creative juices flowing
4. Reading - also helps me to get to sleep when I'm having a restless night
5. Listening to music
Hope is just around the corner; you think it's not there when you first look straight ahead, but it actually is when you turn around
