The Sleeping thread

I'm a fourteen year old Indian 9th grader. Thought it would be a good idea keep this here. I don't feel sleepy at night and i have a test coming up on Saturday. Naturally all my studying happens online and thank to my stupid screen i cant sleep till midnight. Of course my first class is at 6:00 Am and I have to get up early. The sleep depravation is affecting my performance a lot. Like today while solving a question I ended up taking 110 seconds for a simple question. That was 10 seconds below the time limit. I cant exactly fall asleep in the day lest i end up leaving a lot of work pending. I have no idea what i am supposed to do. I cant go on sleeping 6 hours a night, but I cant nap in the day either. Does anyone have a similar dilemma? What would you do?

Thanks for sharing your concerns with us! Sleep is one of those things that seem so natural but can be so impactful when it goes wrong.
