Hiya @DruidChild , it is incredibly exhausting looking after your family and yourself. You are such a strong person. I hope you are feeling safe tonight and able to get in touch with your usual coping strategies, or even calling a helpline.

Being open about our mental health is so hard when we feel like we're going to be forced to do something we don't want to. It is still important to try and have an honest conversation with your supports and see how they can help you without making you feel it will worsen your circumstances. I'm sorry things are so bad. Thinking of you and hoping you get through this!

Thanks Lina ( @TOM-RO). Today was a little easier and tomorrow I see my DBT therapist so maybe she’ll have some advice for me.
